Legit Workshop with Jessica Kelly of Chrystie Street Casting

During the course of this 2-hour evening you will meet and work with casting director Jessica Kelly on legit scenes.

Summary: Based on your headshot and resume, Jessica will chose a scene for you which we will email you in advance. After a short on-camera interview by Brooke and Mary, you will work on-camera with a reader and Jessica will provide direction as well as extensive feedback. This is an opportunity to meet and get in front of Jessica who is currently casting several undisclosed features.  Snacks and beverages will be provided.

A bit about Jessica Kelly: A bit about Jessica Kelly: Jessica Kelly is a casting director at Chrystie Street Casting in NYC.  Her credits in both film and television are vast. She is currently casting several films. Past TV work includes Person of Interest, Blindspot, Madoff (TV Mini-Series) and The Blacklist to name a few. She has cast over 30 films most notably John Wick, Obvious Child, Labor Day, The Wolverine, The Perks of Being a Wallflower,  and Precious.

Jessica Kelly is a casting director at Chrystie Street Casting in NYC. She is currently casting the feature films ASSASSINATION NATION directed by Sam Levinson and 3 other independent films. She just finished the comedy pilot of Mating for Showtime starring Taran Killam and recently cast the TV series Blindspot and Person of Interest. In addition she completed casting the films Jackie, Demolition, Don't Think Twice, and People, Places and Things. She has cast over 30 films and TV shows, most notably John Wick, Obvious Child, Labor Day, The Wolverine, Pan Am (TV), Believe (TV), The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Mercy (TV), and Precious.

Plans change, we get it. If you book a job or something else comes up we'll try to resell your seat if you notify us 7 or more days prior to the start of the class or workshop.
